This webinar will discuss the 'what', 'why' and 'how' of using Key Word Sign in the preschool setting.

Key Word Sign is a useful aid for supporting language development and including children with communication delays or difficulties in all environments. This webinar will discuss the “what”, “why”, and “how” of Key Word Sign, with a focus on the use of Key Word Sign in the preschool setting. Participants will learn some signs and be given the information and resources to continue developing their signing skills.

Rachel is a certified practicing speech pathologist with
KU, working with children and educators in early
childhood settings. She is a trained Key Word Sign
presenter and is always eager to use sign to create
inclusive environments for all children.
