This webinar will focus on the importance of critical reflection and building educator’s confidence to think more deeply about their work and to question the impact of their practices on the lives of children and families. We will bring an inclusive lens to the webinars to provoke educators to critically reflect on their practice to support inclusion of children of all abilities.

Jan will look at why critical reflection is important and will focus on strategies and processes to help educators engage in authentic critical reflection.

KU Preschool Inclusion Consultant, Belinda Monkman, will also share how the SCB team will use these processes to guide your preschool through facilitated reflection on your inclusive practices.
